The core strength of the iR3 software suite is its ability to render complex operational decision making into simplified user workflows. We’ve created easy to use apps based on mobile first design principals, providing an intuitive and simple user experience to our clients. We understand that greater productivity and efficiency will occur in most organisations when software is easy to use. This iR3 user experience is universal across all of our apps.

iR3 apps are powered by L&A’s real time engine for live location, status and performance tracking and a core repository for the long term storage and retrieval of organisational memory.

iR3 apps receive all relevant work demand (jobs) and resource updates in real time as they happen. Our real time engine combines incoming telemetry and work demand data to create behaviour and performance events.

The iR3 repository stores geo-spatial data and business rules for planning, tasking, reporting and real-time operational notifications. iR3 can also be configured to relay real time telemetry feeds to add value to other systems and processes.

iR3 Fleet apps

Live mapping to visualise and track resources, work demand or job locations, key events such as resource arrival at jobs and duty of care alerts etc. iR3 Now informs and supports decision making in operational environments (via 3rd party feeds, iR3 Task & iR3 Plan).

Measures and stores all iR3 Now activity to provide “organisational memory” to replay resource movements (trip replays, job replays, or other key events) and track performance against demand trends. iR3 Recall can filter to specific resource (vehicle or person), work demand and resource responses to work demand within a date range for replay and reference purposes.

iR3 Operations apps

iR3 Task provides prioritised views via one interface of all tasks and scheduled work from an number of systems. This combined view greatly improves productivity and cross departmental awareness by allowing management and personnel to have a single view of and keep on top of all task priorities. Prioritised viewing of tasks can be filtered and shared on mobile devices in real-time.

iR3 Plan can build and import data, briefs and plans to communicate the operational environment to personnel in the field. Intelligence information can be geo-fenced (linked geo-spatially) to specific locations and personnel who will receive mobile notifications when they enter the geo-fenced location.

How iR3 apps operate

Live resource tracking

iR3 Now tracks fleet and personnel telemetry and relays job location details with specialised status updates. Such as arrival at job location or personnel availability status codes for example. Status change events are time stamped and logged for reference in iR3 Recall, as well as being visible as they happen in iR3 Now.

Geo-fencing

iR3 users can create geo-fences or boundaries. A boundary can be labelled as an operational location such as a base, warehouse, job location or workshop for resource activity tracking. It can have intelligence or details stored against it, or simply be the location of a task for a resource to undertake. Once created all resource activity within the area can be tracked. There are no limits to the number of geo-fences that can be created.

Resource activity trending

Once a resource enters a boundary any activity associated with it can be linked to the location. For example events such as parked up at home base, jobs, workshop or elsewhere; engine idling time enables iR3 users to quickly assess and discover actual resource usage trends.

Event logging

Events such as accidents, speeding and engine warning lights are also geo-coded into iR3 Now and Recall. While third party systems can also feed in work demand locations to iR3 Task and iR3 Plan.

Location based briefing

iR3 Plan enables users to assign jobs, intelligence and plans to a geo-fence so that once a resource enters the location they will receive a notification alert to view the intelligence on their mobile device. iR3 Plan also enables the creation of precise routes and instructions to be relayed to personnel in the field as part of a brief or plan.

Resource management

All iR3 apps offer categorised views for vehicles, people, locations, work demand and events for ease of filtering the map view and navigating through complex organisational structures. List and details panels work in tandem with the map view enabling our clients to monitor specific work demand scenarios. iR3 apps work effectively across desktop, tablet and mobile device.
